Body is the temple for the soul , so everyone individual especially a spiritual practitioner should take care of his or her body which is a means for self realization and service. The ancient vedic scriptures (Srimad Bhagavatam 7.15.24) explain that “By practicing haṭha-yoga, prāṇāyāma and other such practice one may counteract sufferings due to the body and mind.” ISKCON Tampa conducts regular online hatha yoga and pranayama classes via ZOOM to improve the bodily strength, endurance and flexibility. These classes are conducted three times a week for a small commitment fee of less than $ 4 per class. Each class lasts for about 60 minutes. Try for a week for free and continue if you like.
